Description
The Occupational Therapist provides family-oriented home-health services to patients with neurological, musculoskeletal, orthopedic, cardio-pulmonary, developmental, and traumatic impairments. Responsibilities include assessment, care planning, treatment implementation, progress documentation, outcome evaluation, discharge planning, caregiver education, and supervision of therapy assistants and home health aides. The role is per diem, offers flexible scheduling, and pays $65–$75 per hour.
