Aspect is hiring a permanent, full-time Occupational Therapist for its Northern Sydney community-based team. The role delivers therapy to 3–4 participants per day in homes, schools, or community settings; develops practical, goal-focused intervention plans; collaborates with families and support networks; and helps participants build independence and everyday life skills. Applicants need a tertiary Occupational Therapy qualification, full AHPRA registration, a current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle, and relevant NDIS and Working With Children checks. The position offers a salary of $81,700–$121,000 plus super, along with professional development, supervision, and other benefits.
