Blue Stone Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitation services to adult and geriatric patients at Mapleton Community Home and Whispering Creek skilled nursing facilities. The role includes occupational therapy evaluations, individualized care plans, treatment focused on functional outcomes, activities of daily living, mobility, cognition, strength, positioning, discharge planning, supervision of Occupational Therapy Assistants, documentation, scheduling, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Applicants need graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and a current Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state; skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation experience is preferred. The position offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement and account benefits, paid time off, and a salary of $36.00–$55.00.
