Description
Blue Stone Therapy is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitation services to adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation setting. This role involves conducting evaluations, developing care plans, implementing treatment programs aimed at improving activities of daily living, cognitive function, upper extremity strength, and overall functional independence. The therapist will supervise assistants, maintain patient schedules, complete documentation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
