Blue Stone Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitation services to adult and geriatric patients at Wapello Specialty Care in Wapello, Iowa. The role includes occupational therapy evaluations, individualized care plans, treatment focused on functional outcomes, activities of daily living, mobility, cognition, strength, positioning, discharge planning, supervision of Occupational Therapy Assistants, documentation, scheduling, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Applicants must graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and hold a current Occupational Therapist license or be eligible for licensure in the applicable state; experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation is preferred.
