Blue Stone Therapy is looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their team in Brookings, SD. This full-time position involves providing rehabilitation services to adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation setting. The therapist will conduct evaluations, develop care plans, implement treatment programs aimed at improving daily living activities, cognitive function, upper body strength, and overall functional independence. The role also includes supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants, maintaining patient schedules, documenting care accurately, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
