Occupational Therapist at Blue Stone Therapy

The role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, providing evidence-based occupational therapy, educating patients and caregivers, monitoring progress, coordinating care with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals, and documenting treatment. Applicants must graduate from an accredited occupational therapy program and hold a current Wisconsin occupational therapist license or be eligible for licensure; clinical assessment, communication, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration are preferred qualifications.
