Description
The Registered Occupational Therapist will provide PRN rehabilitation therapy to patients of all ages with temporary or chronic physical and mental disabilities at Traylor Retirement Community in Roanoke, Alabama. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, planning individual, outpatient, extended-care, group, and stress-management therapy programs, documenting progress, preparing and fitting splints, requisitioning supplies, and maintaining a safe and organized therapy department. The role requires occupational therapy education, Alabama licensure or eligibility, and American Board of Certification certification; prior experience is not required but is desirable, and COVID vaccination is preferred.
