Description
The Occupational Therapist will assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities; develop and implement individualized treatment plans; educate patients and families; collaborate with healthcare professionals; monitor progress; document evaluations and progress notes; and advocate for patients in schools or workplaces. The role requires a master's degree in occupational therapy or COTA certification, professional licensure or certification, background-check clearance, and the ability to travel to clients' homes.
