Evolve Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for an In-House Skilled Nursing Facility in Titusville, PA. The OT will be responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing Occupational Therapy Services, ensuring high-quality resident care. This includes conducting screenings, evaluating residents, interpreting findings, establishing therapy schedules, performing therapies, documenting, and billing services. The role also involves overseeing Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and adhering to clinical excellence and reimbursement practices.
