Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in City of Orange, NJ. The OT will be responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing Occupational Therapy Services in accordance with applicable standards, ensuring high-quality resident care. Key duties include conducting screenings, evaluating residents, interpreting findings, establishing therapy schedules, performing therapy, documenting services, and overseeing Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
