Evolve Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for an In-House Skilled Nursing Facility in Johnstown, PA. The OT will be responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing Occupational Therapy Services in accordance with regulatory standards. Key functions include conducting screenings, evaluating residents, interpreting findings, establishing therapy schedules, performing therapies, ensuring proper documentation and billing, overseeing Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), and providing growth opportunities.
