Evolve Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for an In-House Skilled Nursing Facility in Rice Lake, WI. The primary responsibility involves planning, organizing, developing, and directing Occupational Therapy Services to ensure high-quality resident care. This includes conducting screenings, evaluating residents, interpreting findings, establishing therapy schedules, performing therapies, ensuring proper documentation and billing, overseeing Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), and providing growth opportunities.
