Evolve Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Phenix City, AL. The OT will be responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing Occupational Therapy Services in compliance with regulatory standards. Key duties include conducting screenings, evaluating residents, interpreting findings, establishing therapy schedules, performing treatments, documenting, billing, and overseeing Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
