Description
Crossroads Home Health and Hospice is hiring an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide home-health therapy services in the Vallejo area. The role evaluates patients, administers occupational medicine and rehabilitation agents, develops and updates treatment plans, participates in interdisciplinary care planning, and documents patient progress. Applicants must hold a current Occupational Therapy license, graduate from an accredited OT curriculum, have one year of clinical experience, and maintain a valid driver's license and insurance. Home health experience is preferred but not required, and the position includes medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, a 401(k), and flexible scheduling.
