Description
The Occupational Therapist will provide therapeutic assessments, develop treatment plans, implement therapy, and evaluate data to track progress. This role involves supervising assigned cases, conducting comprehensive OT assessments, participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, proposing goals for Person-Centered Plans, and providing in-service training for staff. The therapist will also conduct monthly or quarterly assessments, attend meetings, provide individual, group, family, milieu, and/or activity therapy, and perform specialized evaluations for individuals with sensory processing and physical disabilities. Maintaining accurate records and providing consultation to Genesee Health System staff are also key responsibilities.
