Occupational Therapist at highland-springs-post-acute

Highland Springs Post Acute is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide skilled rehabilitation services in a post-acute care setting. The role focuses on assessing residents, planning and delivering occupational therapy interventions, improving safety and independence in activities of daily living, recommending adaptive equipment, educating clients and caregivers, and documenting and monitoring treatment progress. Candidates must have an accredited occupational therapy education, a valid Virginia occupational therapy license, occupational therapy experience, knowledge of ADL evaluation tools and treatment practices, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
