Description
Hereford Regional Medical Center is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist for a remote position. The role evaluates, plans, and delivers occupational therapy across outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed settings; treats orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, developmental, and medically complex patients; educates patients and caregivers; documents care; and coordinates discharge and therapy authorization. Candidates must graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program, hold a current Texas Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure, and have current BLS certification or willingness to obtain it upon hire. Outpatient rehabilitation, acute care, swing bed, rural healthcare, geriatric, orthopedic, neurological, and post-operative experience are preferred, as is Spanish language proficiency or interpreter collaboration.
