Description
The Occupational Therapist will provide therapy services to school-age children in a hybrid setting in Hawthorne, New York, working onsite three days per week from Monday through Friday. The role includes implementing IEP-based treatment, communicating with educators and families, coordinating OT reports and goals, maintaining regulatory documentation, assisting with equipment and supplies, and conducting evaluations. Applicants need a master's degree in occupational therapy, experience with children with autism or other developmental disabilities, New York State licensure, Medicaid eligibility, and willingness to complete PSI training.
