Ohana Pacific Health is hiring an Occupational Therapist to develop and implement progressive home-health rehabilitation programs, evaluate and admit patients, coordinate treatment, reassess progress, discharge patients as appropriate, and manage cases. The role also develops care plans, delegates duties, and supervises Home Health Aides and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants when appropriate. Applicants must complete an accredited NBCOT-recognized occupational therapy program, hold a Hawaii license, have current medical screening and TB clearance, and hold American Heart Association CPR certification; two years of occupational therapy experience is required, preferably in home health or another healthcare setting.
