Description
Ohana Pacific Health is hiring a part-time Occupational Therapist to work three days per week, developing and implementing progressive home-health rehabilitation programs, evaluating and admitting patients, coordinating treatment, reassessing progress, discharging patients as appropriate, and supervising home health aides and certified occupational therapy assistants. The role also manages assigned cases, consults with community and internal resources, and makes interdisciplinary referrals. Applicants must have completed an accredited NBCOT-recognized occupational therapy program, hold a Hawaii occupational therapy license, have current medical and TB screening, and hold American Heart Association CPR certification; two years of occupational therapy experience is required, preferably in home health or another healthcare setting.
