PARS Therapy is hiring an onsite Occupational Therapist in Conroe, Texas for its home health care team to provide skilled services to homebound Medicare-qualified clients. The role involves evaluating patients, creating individualized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, educating patients and families, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and monitoring progress to support recovery, independence, mobility, and functional abilities. Required qualifications include an active Texas OT license, current professional liability insurance, and a graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy; home health or rehabilitation experience is preferred.
