Description

Silverchain is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide in-home aged and health care services to elderly clients in the Penrith/Nepean area. The role supports clients’ physical, functional, and cognitive abilities; assesses activities of daily living; recommends equipment and home modifications; develops care plans; and addresses chronic conditions such as cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal disorders, diabetes, and dementia. The position offers Monday-to-Friday 8:30am–5pm shifts, no weekend work, and full-time or part-time permanent availability, with a stated salary plus up to $18,550 in tax-free salary packaging options.
