Description
The Bailey Center is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT/R) in Prattville to provide evidence-based therapy to pediatric clients. The role includes evaluating clients, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing interventions in areas such as fine motor skills and sensory integration, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams, documenting progress, and educating clients and families. Candidates need a master’s or doctorate in occupational therapy, an Alabama OT/R license or eligibility for licensure, NBCOT certification preferred, and pediatric experience.
