The employer is hiring a part-time Occupational Therapist for the Department of Neurology in UK Essen. The role assesses and treats patients with restricted activity after stroke and other neurological conditions, trains them in self-care and community participation, and provides care for acute neurological patients in the Stroke Unit, Neuro-Intensive Care Unit, and general neurological wards. The position requires occupational-therapy training, acute-care awareness, basic IT skills, organizational ability, teamwork, and empathy, and offers a permanent contract with 19.25 hours per week.
