Description
Agape Physical Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient coverage and comprehensive occupational therapy services. The role includes patient evaluations, individualized treatment planning, evidence-based interventions, adaptive equipment training, documentation, interdisciplinary collaboration, patient education, workplace ergonomics, and care planning. Candidates need a graduate degree from an accredited occupational therapy or physical therapy program, a current United States occupational or physical therapist license, and current CPR certification; new or recent graduates are welcomed. The anticipated base salary is $85,000-$100,000, with discretionary incentive compensation and medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits.
