Premier Health is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist specializing in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. The role provides one-on-one evaluations and follow-up care, develops evidence-based treatment plans, treats post-operative and conservative upper-extremity conditions, fabricates custom orthoses, consults with acute-care teams, collaborates with surgeons, documents care, and oversees Occupational Therapy Assistants. The position requires an accredited Occupational Therapy degree, a current Ohio Occupational Therapy license, BLS certification within 30 days of hire, and 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred; Certified Hand Therapist certification or prior hand therapy experience is also valued.
