Bon Secours is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist for acute care at Southside Medical Center in Petersburg, Virginia. The role provides patient evaluations, treatment planning, medically prescribed occupational therapy, discharge planning, equipment adaptation, patient and family education, care coordination, and supervision of students and support staff. The schedule is 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with one weekend per month required. Applicants must hold a Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree and a current occupational therapy license or meet trainee/temporary-license qualifications; BLS is preferred upon hire and required within 30 days for BSMH. Two years of equivalent experience is preferred. The listed pay range is $35.82 to $55.82, with a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 for eligible candidates.
