Ally Behavior is hiring a full-time, center-based Occupational Therapist to provide early-intervention therapy for young children with autism. The role includes managing a caseload of up to 23 clients, completing parent training, meeting 20 billable hours per week, collaborating with ABA and speech clinicians, and maintaining confidentiality. The position requires an Occupational Therapy master's or doctorate, active licensure, NBCOT certification, BLS certification, early-intervention experience, and on-site availability Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA, paid time off, professional development, and tuition assistance; visa sponsorship is not available.
