Benchmark Human Services is hiring full-time and part-time Occupational Therapists to serve children and families in the East Haven, New Haven, and West Haven area. The role includes conducting evaluations and assessments, developing and implementing Individualized Family Service Plans, providing early-intervention support, using evidence-based and natural-learning practices, and coordinating services. Applicants must hold a Connecticut Occupational Therapy license and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Occupational Therapy; one year of early-intervention experience is preferred, and bilingual ability is encouraged.
