Description
North Oaks Communities LLC is looking for a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join their team. The OTA will conduct screenings, develop and implement treatment plans, interpret findings, establish therapy schedules, and document services. They will also maintain compliance with CMS documentation standards and adhere to HIPAA and OIG regulations. The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree in occupational therapy, hold an active Maryland OTA license, and possess excellent communication skills.
