Occupational Therapy Assistant at Blue Stone Therapy

Blue Stone Therapy is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join its new Milwaukee-area skilled nursing partnership in Muskego, Wisconsin. The role provides skilled occupational therapy interventions under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist, implements individualized treatment plans, educates patients and caregivers, monitors progress, documents care, and collaborates with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Applicants must graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program and hold a current Wisconsin Occupational Therapy Assistant license or be eligible for licensure.
