Blue Stone Therapy is hiring a part-time Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide skilled occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients at Eventide on Eighth in Moorhead, Minnesota, with one day per week supporting a facility in Fargo. The COTA works under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, document care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. The role requires graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program and a current or eligible occupational therapy assistant license; experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation is preferred.
