Blue Stone Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide skilled occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients at Crestview Specialty Care in West Branch, Iowa. Working under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, the COTA implements individualized treatment plans, monitors patient progress, documents care, and collaborates with interdisciplinary team members. The role requires graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program and a current Occupational Therapy Assistant license or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state; experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation is preferred.
