Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join their team in Muskego, WI. The OTA will be responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing occupational therapy services within an in-house skilled nursing facility, ensuring high-quality resident care. This includes conducting screenings, performing treatments, interpreting findings, establishing therapy schedules, documenting services, and complying with CMS standards.
