Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) for an In-House Skilled Nursing Facility in Suamico, Wisconsin. The role involves planning, organizing, developing, and directing occupational therapy services, conducting screenings, performing treatments, interpreting findings, establishing therapy schedules, ensuring proper documentation and billing, and complying with CMS standards. This position is open for both full-time and primary per diem.
