Description
Sutter Health is hiring a per diem/casual Occupational Therapy Assistant at the ABSMC-Summit Campus. The OTA will implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans under a licensed Occupational Therapist, provide therapeutic interventions supporting functional abilities, self-care, mobility, and daily activities, monitor progress, educate patients and caregivers, document care, follow regulatory and safety requirements, and mentor students as assigned. The role requires graduation from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program, OTA certification/licensure, Basic Life Support certification, a valid driver's license and automobile insurance, and one year of recent relevant experience. The schedule is daytime, variable days, with rotating weekend requirements, and compensation is $45.18–$63.25 per hour.
