Central Carolina Community College is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) Department Chair in Lillington, North Carolina. The role leads the OTA program, including curriculum development, accreditation, faculty and personnel management, budgeting, program resources, student recruitment and retention, advising, and teaching. Candidates must hold a master's degree, have at least five years of occupational therapy experience, three years of postsecondary faculty experience, two years of community-college teaching experience, initial certification as an OT or OTA, current North Carolina licensure, and bilingual proficiency. The position requires face-to-face teaching, occasional travel, and occasional after-hours work.
