Occupational Therapy Manager at National Star

National Star is hiring a full-time, permanent Occupational Therapy Manager to lead the Occupational Therapy team across sites in Cheltenham, Hereford, Worcester, and South Wales. The role combines hands-on clinical practice with workforce planning, staff development, quality improvement, specialist-practice development, placements, apprenticeships, and mentoring. The manager will also maintain a clinical caseload, oversee assessments and interventions, and collaborate with education, care, and therapy services. The position is based on site at Ullenwood with travel as required and offers £53,480 FTE.
