Description
The Product Agent receives, prepares, routes, manages receipt of, processes, and monitors shipments; enters shipment and billing data; invoices customers; and resolves exceptions. The role requires global logistics knowledge, computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word, and fluent English, and is performed primarily from a seated desk. Expeditors offers medical health insurance, paid leave, life insurance, training, and a base pay range of $19.00 to $25.00 per hour based on experience.
