Description
The Ocean Export Specialist ensures timely and accurate movement of freight and information in the Ocean Export Department. Responsibilities include maintaining smooth freight processes, entering data accurately, tracking and reporting ocean export files, meeting regulatory compliance, improving operational efficiency, maintaining customer standard operating procedures, responding to overseas communications, and escalating issues when necessary. The role requires previous Ocean Export experience, 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training, ocean documentation knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, computer proficiency, and eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
