The role coordinates and manages the export procedure, including booking shipments, processing customer documentation, arranging customs clearance and cargo collection, coordinating supply-chain parties, maintaining customer and supplier relationships, and producing accurate documentation and invoices. The position requires 3–5 years of related experience, knowledge of SARS and road transport regulations, Cargowise experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication, planning, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; matric is required and tertiary education is preferable.
