Description
The Ocean Freight Export Team Lead will manage a small export team and coordinate operational ocean freight activities, including FCL, LCL, breakbulk, and groupage shipments, documentation, claims, quotations, freight rates, and customer support. The role also involves developing employees, optimizing processes, and coordinating vehicle, refrigerated, and special transports when needed. It is a full-time position in Solingen with a salary of €60,000 to €70,000, flexitime, vacation, and up to two days of home office per week.
