DHL Global Forwarding is hiring an Ocean Freight Program & Project Manager in Atlanta, Georgia, to manage a portfolio of ocean freight strategic projects and programs. The role partners with the Head of Ocean Freight, develops roadmaps and KPIs, leads cross-functional teams, analyzes business processes, and oversees implementation, reporting, ROI, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, 4–6 years of experience in management consulting, operations strategy, business transformation, or strategic projects, and strong analytical, data analytics, AI, project management, Excel, PowerPoint, and partner-management skills. The position offers a base salary of $93,142.50–$124,190.00 plus performance incentives, medical, vision, and dental benefits, and does not provide visa sponsorship.
