DHL Global Forwarding is hiring an Ocean Freight Supervisor at its Perth Station to lead and develop Ocean Freight Specialists, oversee import and export operations, manage operational exceptions and customer issues, monitor KPIs, and improve productivity, profitability, compliance, and service delivery. The role requires international freight forwarding experience, preferably ocean freight, leadership experience, strong customer and stakeholder management, commercial awareness, problem-solving, and experience with freight management systems and operational reporting; CargoWise experience is advantageous. Hybrid working is available after successful onboarding, and full Australian work rights are required.
