Description
The Ocean Import Coordinator will coordinate day-to-day ocean import shipments, process import documentation, track shipments in CargoWise One, communicate delays and documentation issues to clients and overseas agents, resolve problems with customers, carriers, and vendors, and provide rail and AWS shipment-tracing updates. The role requires at least one year of freight forwarding experience handling ocean import or export operations, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to handle high-volume data entry; CargoWise One experience is preferred. The position offers a hybrid schedule, full health insurance, paid time off, retirement matching, and a salary of $22-$28 per hour.
