Description
The Ocean Import Lead Agent supports the Ocean Import Supervisor and Manager by managing team workloads, monitoring operational compliance and exception reports, supporting vendor relationships, providing pricing and routing solutions to customers, maintaining accounts payable, and promoting compliance and process improvements. The role requires two years of industry-specific qualification, a bachelor's degree preferred, strong English and native-language communication, computer and organizational skills, and fluency in English and Dutch.
