Description
The OCONUS Program Manager will oversee TCOM individual programs from inception through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, work breakdown structures, risks, customer acceptance, and Earned Value Management Systems for in-country labor, materials, travel, and other direct costs. The role coordinates with the CONUS PMO, in-country partners and subcontractors, and may develop new business, proposals, contracts, and presentations. A bachelor’s degree in a technical or business management discipline is required, along with at least fifteen years of program management experience, including ten years on overseas assignments and experience with defense, aerospace, commercial, or Foreign Military Sale contracts in foreign nations. The position requires a U.S. DoD security clearance, international residence, strong communication and analytical skills, and preferably Arabic language skills.
