Description
Intel is hiring an OTF DSIRE (Diffusion) Module Engineer for its high-volume 300mm semiconductor fabrication facility in Chandler, Arizona. The role owns diffusion module toolsets, sustaining safety, cleanliness, Copy Exactly, tool availability, matching, process control, defectivity, and cycle-time performance; it also supports new technology start-ups, equipment installation, conversion, qualification, process development, technology transfer, and factory ramp-up. The position requires an engineering STEM degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or 1 year with a master's degree, including high-volume manufacturing ramps, semiconductor fabrication toolset sustainment, direct diffusion/implant equipment experience, and defectivity or availability improvements. The role is on-site and may require day or night on-shift engineering support.
