The role develops OCS designs for public transit rail projects, produces construction drawings and design reports, supports installation, testing, commissioning, cutover, procurement, vendor management, interface coordination, client interactions, system engineering, and project planning. The position requires a bachelor's degree, six years of relevant OCS design experience, Professional Engineer designation or eligibility within 12–18 months, and a driver's license. Preferred qualifications include additional experience, traction power design, testing and commissioning, interface management, and knowledge of rail codes and standards.
